GROUND SHIPPING: Continental U.S. (48 States)  Normal delivery time is 5-10 business days.
It takes about 2 days to process and package orders.  Shipping to a post office box goes parcel post and may take longer to arrive.
 ALASKA & HAWAII:  Delivery time 5-7 business days. This includes Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico as well as US military APOs FPOs
 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship to the USA only.  No international orders are accepted at this time.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION 

Despite all precautions, claims do arise. Musicboxesandfigurines.com adjustment and return policy is truly very simple. We want to protect you and make you feel comfortable - and make certain you get what you pay for. We have established some requirements to make our policies and programs workable.

To obtain musicboxesandfigurines.com's authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply email our Customer Service within 15 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 15 days of purchase. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not issue call tags.

CONDITIONS
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.

 

  • Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by musicboxesandfigurines.com.
  • Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
  • Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

Returns that do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
The shipper covers all merchandise damaged during shipment. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service department within 10 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, DHL, FedEX and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim. If replacement for a damaged item is not possible, a store credit will be applied to your musicboxesandfigurines.com account. No cash refunds will be given for damaged or defective items.
