1. Are my payments secure?
Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information.
2. How long until I receive my order?
The average time is 4 to 10 days.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard), as well as Personal Checks and Money Orders. Checks and Money Orders may take longer depending on the postal service.
4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Only North Carolina residents must pay sales tax, and they will be notified of the amount before completing the checkout.
5. What are your normal business hours?
Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
6. Do you offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer any gift cards.
7. How is my personal information used?
We will not share your personal information with anyone. We only use your information to get your products to you or to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
8. Do you mail out paper catalogs?
No, at this time we do not have a paper catalog. If we receive enough interest we may create one in the future.
